Show Services and Shipping

The official show and material handling services provider for the conference is Global Convention Services Ltd. For all show services and material handling needs, we recommend that you deal directly with them. They will be on-site during the move-in and move-out process to assist exhibitors.

Global Convention Services Ltd. can assist you with any of the following for your exhibit booth:

  • Advance storage of domestic Canadian freight (up to 21 days prior to move-in day);
  • Delivery of domestic Canadian goods received at advance warehouse;
  • Storage of empty storage containers during the conference and their return at the end of the exhibition;
  • Erecting, dismantling and repacking of exhibit booths;
  • Delivery of repacked materials to the loading dock for shipping;

All materials must be properly labeled, identifiable and must meet the specific regulations of the New Brunswick Fire Department.

No deliveries will be accepted by the Fredericton Convention Centre. Freight shipped to facility risk the chance of having their freight refused by the convention centre. Materials must be shipped to the advance storage warehouse. See Global Convention Services order form.

Any freight remaining on the show floor at the time of Global Convention Services vacating the premises, will be forced-freight to their advance warehouse, unless prior arrangements have been made. Material handling fees will apply and are at the exhibitor’s expense.
