Cost

The fee for an exhibit space is $2,500.00 plus applicable tax per 10ft x 8ft (width x depth) exhibit space. Exhibit Space Rental Fees Include:

  • A 10 ft X 8 ft exhibit space including an 8 ft high back wall and a 3 ft high side wall with black drape;
  • One 2’ x 6’ covered and skirted display table (optional);
  • Two upholstered side chairs (optional);
  • Maximum of four (4) exhibitor badges per exhibit booth space;
  • Overnight security in the exhibit area.

As an exhibitor of the conference, companies have the opportunity to participate in the Career Fair which includes the following:

  • Career Fair (optional participation)
  • Opportunity for a company presentation in a session room
  • Pre conference access to resumes submitted by delegates
  • Private room to conduct interviews (pre-arranged prior to conference based on submitted resumes)

Exhibit Space Rental Fees Do Not Include:

  • furniture, electricity, telephone services, lighting inside the booth, transportation, warehousing before and after the conference, customs brokerage, janitorial services within the booth, special materials, additional carpet, material handling , transfer, set up and dismantling of equipment or booths and lift services.

Note: The exhibition floor is carpeted so it is not necessary for exhibitors to purchase additional carpeting. If the exhibitor wishes to purchase additional carpeting it is at the exhibitor’s own expense.
